Emails will be answered in the order in which they are received during Knowledge Matters, Inc. business hours which are Mon-Fri from 8:30AM-5:00PM EST. If you submit a question on Friday evening, the earliest you may receive a response is by Monday. Thank you for your participation in the VBC.
