  What an exciting DECA experience! I really [X]-perienced the difference DECA makes. During my trip to ICDC, I made new friends and competed against the best DECA had to offer. It seemed impossible at times that I could actually win, but with the help of my teammate we were able to come out on top. I would like to thank Knowledge Matters for sponsoring the competition and the help of my teammates Dayna Reyes and Luis Melendez for their help in qualifying for ICDC.

  In this competition, I learned to be more outgoing and made new friends. We learned new methods and ideas to help beat our competitors. During each round we had to think of something new and different to win. The competition was tough, but we came out victorious. I would like to thank Mr. Gordon and my teammate Cristian Custodio for trusting in my abilities. I would also like to thank Gladys Quezada for convincing me to attend ICDC and experience all that Atlanta and a DECA ICDC had to offer.
