  1. When you open the Challenge 1 file, you are not running any promotions. Utilize Promotions to create some incentive to attend your franchise’s football games.
  2. The Market Research action has been made available so that you can survey the population to help plan your promotional strategy. Utilization of the Promotion screen and the Survey Results screen will help you to determine low cost, high cost, low appeal and high appeal promotional items.
  3. You do not have any licensing agreements with the companies in your city. Licensing revenue will help to boost your total profit.
  4. The licensing offers will expire. Be sure to accept your offers before the expiration date.
  5. When you open the Challenge 1 file, your ticket prices have been set randomly and will not be very effective. Keep in mind that fans will pay more for a Field Level – Middle seat than they will for a Third Level – Middle seat.
  6. Make sure you run through the current Challenge file over and over again, trying different strategies each time in order to try to improve upon your score (total profit).
